Our Team

Dwight Miller is the founder and sole proprietor. He founded Midnight Scout with a vision of improving the lives of others through environmental, social, political and artistic efforts. He is the Midnight Scout Leader and is in charge of all the operations behind the scenes. Everything from organizing and recruiting artists, managing social media, packing and shipping orders and planning for future scouting endeavors.

Hailey Meyer is an advisor to Dwight and social media content creator. She is a 2021 Southeast Missouri Graduate with a Bachelor’s of Mass Communications. Without her the vision for the Midnight Scouts would not be possible. She helped create brand books, gave marketing and branding advice and helped with coding the website.

Stephanie takes our photos. She is a 2021 Southeast Missouri graduate with a degree in marketing photography. All of the photos used on this website were taken by her.
